i can see clearly now...

soooo.... i bought 3 new pairs of prescription glasses today. it may have been a bit of overkill! i went to my eye doctor today for my yearly (*cough* quite possibly, bi-yearly) eye exam. I was not intending to buy a pair of glasses from my eye doctor's office, as I've been wanting to try zenni optical for quite some time. however - i did not want to buy new glasses with an old prescription... hence, today's appointment.

i did, however, walk out of my eye doctor's office having ordered a new pair of glasses. :) my insurance does cover a great deal of the cost - plus, i'm kind of a stickler regarding my eyes. i've put a lot of energy and money into them & that makes me kind of picky! it will be awhile before they come in, though... they ordered the frames today, but they will wait until january 2 to order the lenses (so insurance covers more of the cost).

back to the zenni optical thing... i made sure to get a copy of my prescription after my appointment today. i went home & did a little "looking", which of course ended in me purchasing. :) I will (hopefully) get them sooner than the "official" eye doctor pair. i'm excited.... i'm an accessory girl, and these are a very useful accessory!
